This small pad is ideal for petite women and teenagers who have just started their periods. It is exactly the same as the Light Flow pad in terms of layers and construction but it is shorter and narrower to properly fit a smaller anatomy.
Just like the Light Flow pad it has been designed for light bleeding or spotting and it is perfect for pregnancy discharge too. Some people use them as a knicker liner and for catching small pee dribbles and it is also a perfect partner to the menstrual cup.
