I choose to send your goods through Royal Mail and Parcelforce as they have the highest ethical rating amongst delivery companies. They create the lowest carbon footprint, have a strong union and a workforce that includes 'posties' who are at the heart of many communities. If required I can provide tracking information once I've posted your order.​
 
Returns and refunds 
If, when the pad arrives, you’re not sure you like it or that it will fit you, you’re welcome to return it using the Returns leaflet, and get a full refund (excluding postage). Like any intimate item, if the pad has been worn next to the skin, refunds cannot be given. I think that's fair.
