pad care
What’s the best way to wash my pads?
Rinse in COLD water then pop them in the washing machine, on their own or with the rest of your underwear, on a 30-40 degree cycle. You can also keep them together by using a wash bag.

How do I dry my pads?
Your pads should be re-shaped while damp and hung to dry. There are some fantastic hangers made for socks which work really well for pads too. The sun is a natural bactericide, so if you can hang them to dry outside on sunny days, that’s good too.

How do I store my pads?
The pads are best stored flat once they are perfectly dry. They can be gently folded but please don’t use the wings to fasten them in this position as that can distort them and the wings are vital for a good fit.

Can I use a cool wash and non bio detergent?
Absolutely. I’d even go so far as to recommend that.

Will the colours run in the wash?
No. But if you’re worried perhaps you might want to wash them separately for their first wash.

Can I put them in the tumble dryer?
Yes on a low heat for a SHORT while only. Don't be tempted to dry them completely. They need to be re-shaped while still damp and then hung to dry. My daughter puts them under a couple of heavy books to flatten them before she puts them away.
